We headed back to Anne-Maire’s parents home in Katy for her bridal portrait. She was such a charm and we were able to get a great variety of images and she was so comfortable in front of the camera. Special thanks to Wedding Flowers by Lisa for the bouquet and JoAnn with Schwartz & Woodward for coordinating the vendors.

We worked with Anne-Marie and Matt the day after Christmas for their engagement session at her parents home in Katy. We look forward to her bridal session at the same location in a couple of weeks and then their wedding in late January.

We first met Blair while covering the last of her three daughter’s weddings. With the holidays approaching and a new baby dedication, all of her family was scheduled to be in town and chose to work at their property in Huntsville. It is a fantastic location complete with the red farmhouse and a stocked pond. Due to the intermittent rain that morning we were limited to how far out from the home we could position the family members. If you look really close on some you can see that it was clearly coming down at points during the session.

We first met Amy and Robert when we covered their wedding back in 2009. We are happy to announce the addition of baby Dean to their family. We worked with them at their lovely Galleria area home over the Thanksgiving Holiday, including Chili the family Dachshund.

We had the pleasure of covering the Polynesian themed rehearsal dinner for Erin and Forbes. They are traveling to the South Pacific for their honeymoon and had themed entertainment as well as amazing food prepared to fit the occasion.

Back in June we created Millie’s bridal portraits at her parents lovely home in Memorial. She grew up in this home since she was 5 so it obviously has several memories for her which made it a great location to add some of her latest milestones. Her wedding coordinator, Angela Nix, was on hand to assist with the session. The bridal bouquet was provided by Plants N’ Petals.

This past Saturday we got to capture Jake’s Bar Mitzvah. The ceremony was held at the Houston Congregation for Reform Judaism with a party held later in the evening at Jake’s parent’s lovely Tanglewood residence. The whole event was meticulously planned by Tracy Rushton of Bash events. The adults had an elegant summer coctail party indoors catered by A Fare Extraordinaire, while the kids partied outside on an LED dancefloor provided by Bright Star Productions and Damon and his crew from PRP Entertainment kept “Club All Minors” pumping for the teens. They also had a virtual reality roller coaster for the kids which was just amazing!
