We covered Christina and John’s wedding this past weekend at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church with a reception following in the Grande Ballroom of the Houstonian. The floral decorations including bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres and ceremony lanterns were provided by Wedding Flowers by Lisa while the cakes were created by Susie’s Cakes and Confections. Notice the SMU themed groom’s cake as this is where the couple met. The evening’s entertainment was courtesy of Grady Gaines and the Texas Upsetters and room lighting by Bright Star Productions. One of the several customized details of the evening were late night snacks of breakfast tacos and the parting treat were candy apples. After a honeymoon in Dubai the couple will continue to reside in Houston.
