The Houston Chapter of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) held their second annual Wedding Trends Luncheon fundraiser at the Houstonian Hotel this past Wednesday and Laura was there to cover it (lucky David was in Brazil covering a wedding!). The theme of the luncheon program was eco-friendly weddings and the three R’s (reduce, reuse and recycle) and how they pertain to out particular industry. It was a really beautiful event and was catered, coordinated and decorated by some of the finest that Houston has to offer.
